Welcome to your 2 bedroom spacious duplex, great for a family of 4 or 4 friends ! Also great for a private couples getaway! Lots of space, upstairs and downstairs! High ceilings,,eat in kitchen, With 2 queens size beds and 2 sofa futons!!! 2 bathrooms , one full bathroom and one half of bathroom!!! Minutes from downtown baltimores inner harbor , 1.8 miles from ravens and orioles stadium!! Close to john hopkins, ! 15 minutes from BWI Airport, there's absolutely no parties or gatherings at all, zero tolerance!!! also if this property is booked please ask about our 2nd location!!!

Baltimore Stay
Nice comfortable apt quiet neighborhood very enjoyable stay. I would recommend though to have a book with the rules for things like what to do with the bedding and towels, list of nearby places such as restaurants, stores or historical places to visit

Great Stay
My husband, my puppy, and I were in town for the week for a conference. The inside is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is being renovated so there are some boarded up buildings but that's not the owners fault. The owner was easy to reach and replied right away to messages. I would stay here again.

Great Unit, Not so private.
The place itself is very spacious. Location is questionable, but space makes up for it. I was very satisfied with the stay until i received a message stating the land lord overheard me speaking over camera about inviting my friends over. To my knowledge, the only camera is located downstairs. I spoke about inviting friends IN the actual unit , so now i believe there may be cameras in unit so be cautious! Besides that, it’s a lovely unit!

Inside is Great!
I could tell that we were the first people, or one of the very first to stay here. There were just a couple little things here or there that they forgot to add (example, no ashtrays though it allows smoking inside, and no hand towels in bathrooms, we just used a big towel or washcloth.)… But certainly no big deal for us (I came prepared with ashtrays 😂). I really enjoyed how big the space was, it could easily accommodate a family, or even add a pack n’ play if needed. David was easy to communicate with, and had a great response time IMO. Literally the only unfortunate thing about this place is that it is located in a not-so-great neighborhood. We loved that we could smoke inside the place, as that is very hard to come by! I would stay here again for sure!!
