We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Hyatt place. The staff are friendly, breakfast is satisfying. Except that they do not have pool and the elevator seems to be noisy. Overall, we are still happy with our stay.

On the outside property looked pretty decent… When I went to check in the staff was very standoffish like I was interrupting her or something. They did not advise us that some of the rooms were being remodeled and the room they put us in had bed bugs… when I called the front desk to inform them they took forever to come up to the point my fiancé had to go down and physically get the manager. They did accommodate us and put us in another room after we inspected it but we were already uncomfortable and had a hard time falling asleep to the point the next morning we checked out early.
