I had an excellent experience at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Prior to my arrival, I spoke with Cynthia over the phone, and she was incredibly personable. It was such a pleasure speaking with her that I made it a point to tell her I’d meet her in person the next day when I arrived. From the moment I checked in, the hotel exceeded my expectations. They accommodated every need I had, and the room, along with the breathtaking views of downtown Baltimore, made my stay unforgettable. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia, and I have to say, her customer service skills were unmatched! Something that’s rare to find in the industry these days. It was refreshing to see someone who truly cares about creating a positive experience for guests. To top it all off, the hotel followed up with me after my stay to ensure everything went well. If you’re looking for a great place to stay with amazing views and outstanding service, I highly recommend the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.

I paid for a harbor view….what I received was an obstructed view. The customer service person Andre did his magic and made an actual harbor view. The last time I used Expedia I was bit by a bed bug….Andre saved this one for you

I absolutely adored this hotel! It’s hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my life. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food options at the facility were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Plus, it’s just a stone's throw away from so many amazing spots near the harbor. I can't recommend it enough!
