This hotel is in a perfect location to nearby restaurants and bars. The harbor view from the room was so nice. It says the rooms are soundproofed but we received a noise complaint so I’m not sure that’s accurate. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly and I was so grateful they allowed us to check out an hour later due to us not feeling well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the harbor. Great stay!!! But really bummed that there was no heat in the “Hot Tub. That was one of the main amenities that made me choose Royal Sonesta. Next time in Baltimore I will look into other hotels with a Hot Tub. This was a big enough selling point to me that would cause me to not stay there agian. Hope it is addressed.

Nice hotel located minutes away from M&T Bank Stadium. Directly in front of the Harbor. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee but it was the same exact room that I booked just on a higher floor for supposedly a better view of the Harbor, which to me is not an upgrade so I just stayed where I was. You can tell this hotel was once immaculate, but shows signs of wear and tear, like most hotels over the years. Bar located on the 2nd floor, which we did not use. We brought our own beverages. Indoor pool and jacuzzi available in which we brought swimwear to get in the jacuzzi, but when we got down there, 2 men where in it and we changed our minds..lol..Gym definitely needs updating because most of the equipment was probably put in when the hotel was built many years ago. Overall our stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff. Lots of events are held here as well...wedding receptions etc...so it seems to be used quite frequently. There was one night some young kids (part of a wedding or some sort) got into a physical fight and were yelling, hitting the walls, and causing all sort of ruckus I was terrified. Notified front desk to get them to summons security up and they came in a timely manner and talked with the young kids. I heard the security guy tell them the only people that should be in the room is the names that were booked. There was about 10 kids in there, we seen them once we left and came back. Our Premier premium king suite was very nice and spacious.
