It was lovely and location is great. Regarding staff/service, it was a hit and miss. Most were lovely but some were dismissive and condescending. I found that quiet surprising since most hotels have excellent staff.

What a cool hotel, we will definitely stay again. Dramatic and moody in the best of ways. We loved our room with it's funky style, and look forward to trying another room next time - they are all different! We loved the bar and brunch food too. VERY friendly staff.
