Isobel is a charming two bed holiday home, originally built by Lord Armstrong for the workers of the castle renovations, one of the Armstrong Cottages. Today, this wood clad cottage offers stylish yet traditional interiors with a well equipped kitchen for all your catering needs. The sitting room is cosy and comfortable with an inglenook fireplace and a wood burning stove, perfect for relaxing whatever the season. Isobel is an outstanding coastal bolthole - perfect for family or friends.
The property has been accredited with the prestigious Four Star Gold Award from Visit England and is well located for Bamburgh’s shops, cafes, pubs and of course, the beach - all a short walk away. Don’t miss the Grace Darling Museum and of course the iconic Bamburgh Castle. Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to view sea birds and grey seals from Seahouses (3 miles) and Holy Island and the nature reserve of Budle Bay are both a short drive away.

Bathroom: freestanding slipper bath. WC, wash hand basin.
Entertainment: flatscreen TV, DVD player, telephone. For families: travel cot and highchair (please note, we only supply the mattress and the bottom sheet). Outside: enclosed grass garden with a picnic table. Parking: both on-street and off-street parking available. General: WiFi. bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electric included with rental.
