"I'm very tolerant of ratty old hotels but this crossed some lines for me. The first room I was placed in was covered on cobwebs and holes in the ceiling tiles and walls. Ontop of that there was no running water. The family was helpful trying to fix it but eventually moved me to a different room. This one stunk horrendously of sewage. I refused to stay in it so they moved me to a 3rd and it had black mold in the corner on the ceiling and wall. It was late so I dealt with it at possible detriment...

We were walked to our room and shown how everything worked. "We booked for a family room of 2 + 3 children, 2 double beds + 1 single bed, and got 1 double bed and another single bed. After showing them the mistake, they sent us another single bed with no pillow, blanket or sheets. Only after going to the laundry room ourselves, we took the bed sheets needed for that single bed. The smallest child had to sleep with us. They didn't have a pillow or a bed for him."
