"The staff wasn’t able to speak the central official Thai dialect, and could only speak the local dialect, so I had a difficult time understanding him. I wasn’t inform of the time for breakfast, but I inquired about it at 7:30 am and understood that the breakfast will be arriving late, but I had to leave for business so I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast."
