"when we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. There was a note saying to get key off the door at the pro shop, no key was on the door. We were then stuck in the middle of no where at 2 30 in the morning. Very poorly ran establishment. Would never stay there."

"Having a 10 digit number is uncalled for. We had an awful time getting into the room and also did another guest. Our friend who lives in Baneberry had to help both of us. We have stayed at the inn numerous times over the years and had no problems with getting in the door."

"Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...
