Beautiful!
We had a terrific stay at this beautiful home and can’t wait to get back to Banff. Rob was excellent to work with and the home was a delight. The location is breathtaking and an easy walk to town.

A Wonderful Place for a Family Gathering
The house was a great place for our large family to get together and yet still each have personal space. The kitchen was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was very welcome after a day of skiing. We had no issues at all and the entire family would love to go back.

Little Gem in Banff
Such a fantastic, and well appointed home with all the modern conveniences and more! Rob has put in an ice rink only recently and what a great time the teenagers in our party had on it. This property has everything you could expect from a luxurious chalet type accommodation. The property is only a short distance from the Main Street of Banff, a 10 minute walk at most. Rob & Brooke were a pleasure to deal with, even lending their own ice skates for the kids to use. Above and beyond, thank you very much for having us in your home.

Outstanding in every way
We loved everything about this property. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, the house was so clean and beautiful. We loved being away from the crowds and noise of downtown yet still so easily walkable. The gathering area was perfectly sized, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Our group had people ranging in age from 6 to 80 and it was just perfect for everyone. Cannot speak highly enough of this property.

Amazing location and beautiful home
We loved our time in Banff. This house was the perfect place to stay for our family of 6. Rob was very helpful with any questions. Location is perfect. We walked everywhere. House had everything we needed - great kitchen, incredible outdoor spaces and ideal living room to gather after an active day In the Canadian Rockies.

There was enough room for 9 of us and the location was fantastic...close to downtown and short drive to the golf course. We ran into a heatwave and wished the property had air condition...It still a great residence with a nice patio...

Felt Like Home
The house was everything we were expecting and more. It was a great “home” base for our daughter’s wedding in Banff. Our family of 8 adults and 4 children were more then comfortable. The owners are a terrific couple and have so much pride in this beautiful property. We will be back again !

The PERFECT place in Banff, especially with kids
This place gets 5 stars on so many levels. We had 10 people (8 adults, 2 kids). Here are the reasons: 1) The location is amazing - 5 min walk to downtown Banff, 5 min walk to the Fairmont 2) The setup - amazing upstairs deck, perfect for cocktails; a big back yard w/ grill; the hot tub; a play room for the kids 3) The owner - Incredibly helpful and accommodating. We've all stayed in properties where the owner makes you feel like an unwanted guest (don't touch this, use that, blah blah blah). This place is the exact opposite - we felt encouraged to take advantage of everything the property offered. 4) For kids - we have 4 & 2 year old boys. Between the space, the play room, the back yard, the toys, the bikes... on and on. 5) The kitchen - An great chef's kitchen with everything we needed. We also had a local chef come in and do a private dinner for us - he was incredible and the kitchen/dining setup made it super easy to serve all 10 of us. Side note - i HIGHLY recommend Chef Damian from Mountain Fire Foods. This place was so great, I think the only thing that would make it better would be a full-time butler. There's my constructive criticism for the day.

50th wedding anniversary
We brought our whole family to Banff to celebrate our 50th and wanted somewhere special to stay. This house proved to be the best choice ever!! We could all walk into town (even the 5 yr old) and went on several hikes right from the house. We all had our own bedroom, most with tv's, and the playroom downstairs was a huge hit with the younger grandchildren. Rob, the owner, was available when we needed questions answered and he offered advice on getting our park passes and side trips to take. Cooking dinners together in the fabulous kitchen was the most fun of all. Thanks to Rob and his family for a wonderful stay and a memorable 50th!

Great location, lots of space, beautiful house & kid-friendly
We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family vacation. It was a great location, a short walk from the main street in town and an easy drive to many of the sites in and around Banff National Park. Highly recommend this and very suitable for children as well. Well-stocked kitchen; we made most of our meals in the house and had no issues.

Great Family House in Great Banff location
Just finished an awesome week in Banff. We had a large group (8) of teenagers and parents and the house was perfect. Large enough to accommodate a variety of activities. We took advantage of the hot tub, sauna, exercise room, back yard games/cookout. Laundry facilities allowed us to pack light. The location is great with easy walking to Banff Ave and to Bow Falls/Banff Springs Hotel. House has a giant outdoor balcony to see the views and chill. We would highly recommend this house for larger groups

The property was amazing and surpassed our expectations. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, upper level wraparound porch, full playroom for the kids, lower level master suite, a hot tub and exercise room, and the perfect location walking distance to town. Plenty of parking. The owner Rob was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

Lovely
Perfect home for a multigenerational family gathering. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed to cook meals together, ample room to relax in the dining and living rooms, and beautiful views up and down the property. The kids loved the playroom. The adults loved the hot tub and deck. The eldest family members loved the ground floor access to cars, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room - no need for stairs! What an amazing home! The location was perfect as we could walk into town easily and there were running trails and walking trails to the best nearby Banff viewpoints. We would surely be lucky to stay here again sometime. It did not diminish our enjoyment of the stay, but one note on the property photos is that some in our group thought from these photos that the home would have more green space alongside and in front of house (a bit more privacy). The front is a busy road that leads to the Fairmont Hotel. The sides are each close bordering homes. The neighborhood is overall quiet, just some street noise when you’re on the balcony.

Amazing property
This place was perfect for our group - it’s very well maintained, less than a 10 minute walk into town, and stocked full of amenities. The views are pretty unreal as well. Rob was a great host and his place is a winner. Everyone in our group was very impressed with the house.

Excellent Property, Great Location
This property was perfect for our group of eleven. The house was very comfortable and outfitted perfectly. We were not wanting for anything. The location was close to the downtown within a short scenic walk along the local paths. The view from the living room and the front facing bedrooms was stunning. I highly recommend this property, but if you need one this size, I suggest booking well in advance of your stay. There are not many in the area that can accommodate more tha eight people.

10+ Banff Experience!!
We had an amazing time at this gorgeous property - everything was beyond expectations! We've rented many properties advertised as having a lot of space but this one took the cake. The living room was a great size with cozy fireplace, deep comfy sofas and recliner chairs. The icing on the cake were the throw blankets to really make things feel like home. The kitchen was huge and was so well stocked that we found everything we needed, from spices to plastic wrap (that may seem silly to mention, but it was so nice to have it there!) The extra beverage fridge was a bonus and having a gas bbq just outside the door was awesome. The beds were super comfortable and the ensuite washroom was coveted with the steam shower after a day of skiing - after coming out of the hot tub of course. 2 washrooms upstairs meant no backups in the mornings waiting for a shower. The skating rink in the backyard was a bonus for multiple games of hockey through the week. We brought our own skates, but skate rental in town was easy to find (one kid forgot his) and they had sticks on hand. Our kids are older so we didn't use the playroom in the basement, but boy, they would have loved that space when they were little. It was large and fully stocked with so many toys! Also, we were too exhausted after skiing and hockey to use the exercise room, but it is nice that it's there as an option for people. On site laundry was so convenient as well. Check in and out was simple and Rob was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything that we needed. The location is so close to town, we never had to worry about parking, we could just walk to the main street in a couple of minutes. The house is just a few minutes to the highway and so getting to all three ski hills was super easy. The mudroom was great to have for our boots and gear (skiis kept locked outside) with an electric fireplace to make sure everything would be warm and dry for the next morning - so well thought out. Thanks Rob! We definitely recommend this property for a visit to Banff, the charm, space, supplies and location were more than what we'd hoped for and expected and if coming back, we'd certainly stay again!

Perfect!
This is a large, modern, beautiful home only a few minutes walk off the main street in Banff. The Fairmont and Bow falls are a short walk away and its easy access to all the main attractions in Banff. There is a well equipped kitchen, loads of space, very comfortable beds, hot tub, playroom and gym. The massive balcony at the front looks towards the mountains and the white tailed deer came on the lawn most days. Pure luxury.

Location, location, location!
Wow, what a great home in a beautiful place!!!! We had a party of nine and the home worked super well for us. It was super clean, updated, lots of room and seating for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and just a ten minute walk to downtown!! We loved every minute of our stay and will most definitely be back!!

Great house and location!
Our family had a wonderful visit in Banff. There was enough room for 7 adults and 5 children. We loved the hot tub! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around inside and out. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and for walks along the river. Thanks for a great experience!

This house is amazing!
We just spent 5 days in Banff with our adult children to celebrate my 60th birthday! This house is beautiful and has everything you might possibly need or want. It is very comfortable, but beautiful at the same time! It’s in a great location for anything you want to do in Banff. I highly recommend! This vacation was one of the best we have ever taken. The Canadian Rockies are absolutely stunning!
