"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

Personalet gør det de skal, men er ikke venlige - de virker som om de ikke har lyst til omgang med gæsterne. Og så fylder deres mobiltelefon rigtig meget - især hos de, der arbejder omkring morgenmaden.. som iøvrigt er noget kedelig og meget ensformig. "

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"
