"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. "The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and many great restaurants. The pool is amazing and exactly as pictures show. "Just returned after 11 nights at coco palm and we loved it. Ok their are a few negatives but before I go on we are already trying to book the same villa for 2026. Breakfast is fine and will fill your belly though it’s the same choice every day which can be repetitive but the egg station was always a hit. The beach is shell like and isn’t the best to be fair but it is right next to the ferry terminal literally 20 metres from the property to the checkin desk which I guess it’s so popular for...

"Our stay at this resort in Koh Samui was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference in our experience. All the services were top-notch, from the fantastic breakfast to the stunning pool and breathtaking views. The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service, a serene atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this resort is a perfect choice!"

"Our stay at Silavadee resort in their ocean front villa was amazing- their service, facilities and dining options were exceptional. The resort was clean with lots of staff to keep it well maintained. We had a housekeeping service twice a day, where they would replace our towels and change the bed sheets each night. When we would arrive back to our room from dinner, we would be surprised with cookies or Thai snacks on the bed. On top of this, the complimentary snacks were absolutely phenomenal- in the mini fridge, soda, juice and water was refilled every day, along with dried mango and coconut cookies. We were so well pampered! Their restaurants offer both Western and Asian cuisine. One thing that was particularly memorable was their breakfast- their food ranged from your typical breakfast foods, such as eggs and cereal to Thai rice, noodles and porridge. All the ingredients they use in their food are grown organically and locally. We stayed here for 5 days and didn’t get sick of their food. Another thing that was very admirable was the way the resort preserved and protected the natural environment around it- the pool, boardwalk to the beach etc. was built around the rocks and trees. Overall, our stay at the Silavadee resort was absolutely phenomenal. Their workers are well trained and polite- we were always greeted with warm smiles and offered anything and everything to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you for everything!!! We will return in the near future."
