I’ve been to Bangkok a bunch of times, and this hotel is hands down my favorite so far. It’s super close to all the tourist spots and local shops and restaurants. I’m definitely going to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok!

Excellent location w/Phra Ram 9 MRT station in front, JODD FAIRS Rama 9 & Central Rama 9 Mall right across. Fortunte IT Town right next door. Minutes to all shopping malls via MRT. We got a free room upgrade and breakfast included. Breakfast was excellent except I did not like the crowds. Mostly mainland Chinese and they were rude.

I reserved A Deluxe Skyline and was under the impression of getting a room on top floor with outstanding view. Upon checking in, I was told no deluxe room was available. How could that happen when I made the reservation and paid for it online? I was told that I was given an upgraded room, better the the one I reserved. The room I got was no extraordinary but a standard room. I smelled a strong odor of smoke even though, I was assured it was a non-smoking facility. Hotel needs to make efforts to honor customers reservation and deliver the room customers reserve with no excuses. On a positive note, all staff from housekeeping, door. Reception, and restaurant were excellent! Breakfast was acceptable.
