Although the property is nice but it was on the pricier side. It was just an okay hotel but not on the range of 5 or 4 star hotel pricing. However, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, So 5 star on their staffing specially their interns😁

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the UN ESCAP Compound. The thing I don't like is it is far from the major shopping areas and there is little public transportation around the hotel.

WE had a super clean room, nice staff members, pleasant pool and surroundings and a knockout buffet breakfast. Lots to see in the area and the ferry's not a long walk at all. Great place to stay in Bangkok.

It's a good standard, modern property yet perched between two very busy roads so need to be mindful of traffic noise, including at the pool area. In walking distance to several interesting parts of Bangkok. Generally a pleasant stay.

Hotel was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. Shower pressure would be inconsistent during the entire shower. Walls were very thin so you can hear neighbors and people walking. It was right next to the highway so be ready to hear cars all through the night.

Wonderful property at a very reasonable rate. Located close to shopping and sights of downtown Bangkok. Markets, night markets, the Grand Palace, Jim Thompson Center all within 2-4 miles. I would recommend this property to anyone. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. On property restaurant was very good, affordable priced but with a fairly limited menu. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Very nice hotel😍.Employee are very nice and well trained except 1 person the bell boy who take our laugage .He was asking us 20bhat for 4 laugage .We ask what is 20bhat for and he said we have to pay the laugage 10bhat each so I was suprised about that I never heard that before of any hotels that I stayed in so I got curious I ask the front what is the 20bhat for,for our laugage.she said there is no charge she definitely got suprised also of that question.She told me to take care of this matter and hoping she did do some action of this matter.Thank you so much.
