Do not stay at this hotel! They are scammers, checked out 1 hour late and they refused to give me my deposit (1000 baht) staff are terrible The area around the hotel sucks too

Avoid

Very disappointed. This was my favorite hotel three years ago and now I will not go back there. They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose. Very upset. I will not be back. Saavy traveler from Los Angeles.
