I just spent five nights at this amazing property. The staff, the room, everything exceeded my expectations exceptionally pleased! BamBam and Kevin were so helpful, seeing to every aspect of making my stay here wonderful. The property was spotless, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Fantastic aircon too I give them 5 stars!!!

We loved our room size for a family of 4. However, we would not stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were not helpful or welcoming at all. We also didn't like that breakfast was reservations only. Front desk didn't even give us options on where to go for breakfast. We tried to get a taxi to take a tour, and the gentleman at front desk couldn't help us and asked us to walk a few blocks to get taxi. We missed tour and lost money. There is a hotel around corner that ordered us a taxi when we needed one. The security officer in front and the cleaning ladies were always so sweet and greeted us with big smiles. Location is good and close to Lumphini Park. Would suggest to hotel manager to make guests feel a little more welcomed and be a little more helpful and accommodating to guests who are new in a big city like Bangkok.

Our plane arrived early in the morning from another country. It was around 1 am. I messaged the hotel days before our arrival to ask for early check in. The response was it depends on the early availability of the room we booked and the previous occupants early or timely check out in which I understood. When we arrived, I asked if we could check in early. The front desk personnel called the manager and was told no. We have to pay an extra night. We were tired and went ahead and paid to get some rest. We were directed to the same room we booked for the next 4 nights but paid for 5. Nobody was occupying the room. Why charge us a full night for few hours early arrival. I would have come back to this hotel on our next visit but they were not very accommodating to our request. The front desk staff could barely speak English. Every time we try to communicate with them was a struggle.

Lindísimo este hotel! Las habitaciones son amplias y decoradas muy bonitas. La ubicación es muy buena, con un Grab estás cerca de todo, también tienen disponible el tuktuk cada hora al BTS. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes y un 7eleven. Los días que estuvimos tomamos la opciones de el breakfast box que tenía un jugo de naranja natural delicioso y un sándwich delicioso.

This was our second stay. The staff are all wonderful. The maid on our floor was particularly good. She always timed her cleaning around our coming and going. The hotel is within walking distance of public transportation.

This is a belter of a hotel. Great location for the Metro and BTS (10 minutes walk). Loads of street food nearby. The roof top pool is good to relax in, not to train as an olympic swimmer. The hotel itself is great. It has la laundry room and a vending machine, no restaurant, but hey who cares with so much lovely street food around. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. I cannot rate them highly enough they make the hotel what it is. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Bangkok, mainly to see the staff again. Gosh loved our stay. Thanks team.

Great little hotel in good area.
We had a Quad room which was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. Keep the blinds drawn thiugh as view is either a car park (ours) or a main road. Not much sound proofing from windows. The small pool was perfect for a cooling dip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasteful served in the little restaurant next door. 5 minutes to underground and free tuc tuc the MRT. All in all, would definitely return here.

The cotton Saladaeng hotel is located in a relaxing and quiet environment. The hotel room is good enough for us and everything is fine during our stay. I love the friendliness and warmth of their staffs .I would strongly recommend this hotel to others who are planning to stay in Bangkok.

Amazing location. There were many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius. The staff were kind and hospitable. The rooftop pool was relaxing and not too busy. For sensitive sleepers, please note that this hotel has terrible sound proofing. At all hours of the night, you can hear the sound of motorcycles revving their engines and cars honking. For those who don't mind this, I would genuinely recommend this hotel for the price offered. Personally, I won't stay here ever again.
