My family and I stayed here for 5 days. Although i didnt realize i had booked a hotel so close Patong Beachs busiest party street. It didnt matter. This was a great place that was procate enough for you to never notice. My lids love it, the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our floating breakfast. They had an onsite tour agent that helped us with planning activities. My opinion is this is one of the best hotel experimces ive had. The rooms were great. Comfotable beds. Spacious areas. No complaints whatsoever

We used this hotel for a few hours before a flight out of BKK home as the flight was 12:30am. Could have stayed here for a week! Not sure what the area is like , there is a mall and loads of food options 5 minutes away and the airport is literally on the doorstep maybe a 15 minute transfer out of rush hour. You get free little complimentary drink also and staff arranged the free shuttle to the airport for us- amazing . Would recommend

The property is beautiful and the food at their restaurant is just incredibly good! The rooms are very spacious and ours had a beautiful view of the pool. The shuttle service was excellent. We will stay every time we go to Bangkok!

Such amazing service and help. The shuttle helped me so much when arriving for my first time. They helped me find a money exchange service and local Thai massages without any stress. The breakfast was also outstanding, definitely stay here if you are needed a place to stay after a long flight to Thailand and need great shuttle services to get to and from the airport!

Our stay at The Park Nine Suvarnabhumi Hotel was an experience filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. One of the best places that i've been in Bangkok. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like a cherished member of their family. Their genuine smiles and warm greetings made me feel instantly at ease. It was clear that they took immense pride in their hotel and genuinely cared about the well-being of their guests. Will definitely stay again next time .

This property was a very amazing surprise-coming back into Bangkok, I didn’t know what to expect-the hotel is beautiful-and the spa/pool was a lovely retreat for us after a nice day of walking…the hotel restaurant was excellent and the second night we also enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant adjacent to the hotel-which I cannot recommend highly enough-just a very fabulous layover in Bangkok.
