The 2 room suite was perfect for us. Great location, quiet and a short 5min walk to Ploen Chit BTS station. Breakfast buffet had a good spread with a few different dishes served up daily. Staff were all exceptional, spoke good English, were friendly and very helpful. On the day we left 20/12/2024, we checked out at 3am to catch our flight out at 6am, our transfer to BKK airport failed to show up. The front desk and concierge were fantastic. They showed a lot of care and concern and were quick to get us an alternative driver and vehicle for my family of 4. We would not have made it to our flight if not for these 2 individuals. Thank you very much. I fully recommend this place to stay!

Very clean, newer building, very nice and friendly staffs, downside is a little noisy from motor bike at night but not much, a little inconvenient to take your luggage from BTS to hotel unless you use Tuk tuk or taxi but without luggage it’s nice 5-7 minutes walk, I would stay there again and recommended!

Staff at the hotel are not at all helpful and the beds in the room are very very bad and the staff don’t support the guest in any way and all over the hotel it is displayed the penalty rules and regulations and taking the deposit to return it back during checkout and the curtains are dirty and the ac is showing the filter has to be replaced and so much of traffic noise all the night…..simply a big no to this hotel
