"Small quaint hotel right in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik. Clean. Very small balcony but too hot to even have the door open. Had one torrential rainstorm for almost 12 hours and the roof then leaked. No damage done but it could have had we had our suitcase in the water drop area cause it stained the white towels from the varnish on the wood beams. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. "

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here at Celenga. Jelena was easy to communicate with by WhatsApp, had great restaurant recommendations for us (truly seconds from the front door), and the Konzum in the nearest square was easy to find - it was nice to have a quiet breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day. Bathrooms were modern and giant. Wifi worked well. A great fit for us with two toddlers. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Jelena! "

"Close to old town amenities. On the whole the apartment was very clean apart from some stains on the bed quilts. The description details are a bit misleading it does not mention all the steps you have to get to it inside the building and outside. And also the fact it is above a restaurant."

"The hosts communication was great- she was incredibly helpful in guiding us in Croatia and sharing the bus schedules. We booked this as a budget stay and definitely wish we stayed closer to the water / closer to more dining / beach options. Re-using towels/beach towels for 4 days started to get bothersome. "This property is just steps to Pile Gate and right next to the main street inside Old Town Dubrovnik. It is the best location you could dream of, and even though we had to climb stairs to get to our room we loved staying here. The apartment has been remodeled to be modern and bright, and it easily fit the four of us. The laundry machine is a huge bonus but there is no dryer, so my travel clothesline came in handy. We were so close to everything and really enjoyed staying here. "

"Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
