Owner denied registration with hotels.com
"Owner requested second payment for booking at property. The place was damp and dirty with leaking plumbing. Many reviews on google from others tell same story. Hotels.com were unable to contact ownerOwner claimed he had no phone but produced it later. Agent refunded me. WARNING"

"Unfortunately there was an earhquake during our stay and we were not able to stay at the hotel as we left in panic. The hotel was swaying left to right and it was a very scary experience. 静かな環境
" バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。"
