"Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out."

Older style with large rooms, however some maintenance was required (leaking taps) due to the age. Note parking is extra if not booked direct, which was a surprise on arrival as their website says free parking and was told we should have booked direct!"
