Staff was really nice and accommodating

Beautiful room, gorgeous grounds, great looking beach, fantastic pools, lots of restaurant/food options.

We loved our stay, but we did lose an entire day due mechanical problems with our plane and had to stay over in Chicago. I called the property right away to tell them what was happening and that we would be checking in a day late. They said that it would be noted on my reservation and they thanked me for calling. Upon arrival 24 hours later, they seemed to no longer have a reservation for me. Once I explained what had happened, they said they would reinstate my reservation and that they would have to find me a room because they were “booked up” which is not true, because the resort was very quiet with not many people anywhere.. which I loved, but they weren’t booked. After spending the previous day in an airport and a crummy hotel in Chicago (with no luggage) and more flight delays that day, I was very disappointed that check in took 2 hours! They finally told us to go and eat while we were waiting, but then the hostess didn’t want to let us in because we didn’t have a room number! It was very frustrating! I did ask if they would be so kind to reimburse me for the night we missed being that it was not our fault, but was told no. A whole day is a lot when your only there a week! The staff are all so nice and super friendly.. minus just a feet who seemed unhappy to be there. is so friendly… minus just a few that seemed unhappy to be there. The restaurants were all amazing including the buffet. The bars are great. Lots to do, and just a beautiful place to spend a week!

We loved everything about the place! The rooms were beautiful and quiet (no shared walls!), and the pool, bars, and restaurants were excellent. The staff was super friendly and our transportation to and from the airport )with Lloyd) went perfectly smoothly. Amanda arranged our wedding at her hotel and it was perfect. We plan to go back againnnext year!

We just left the property! I cannot even express the awe of this resort! We stayed in a bungalow on the signature side of the property and it was absolutely beautiful. From the cleaning crew, pool cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, concierge team and entertainers it was amazing. Special thanks to our concierge check in team, our airport transport driver Sir Howard; Aliah, a member of signature staff that chatted with us at the pool to ensure we were happy and Edom our golf cart driver! We will definitely plan another trip and recommend to everyone we know. Thank you Lady Hamilton Grand Palladium for the memories!
