Cozy Home Away from Home. Sleeps 12!

This three-bedroom home gives you an at-home feel. Spacious kitchen with big bedrooms and air conditioning on all floors. Nestled in the mountain woods with complete privacy all around. Big den downstairs for the kids while the adults enjoy quiet time in the living room. One bedroom has a king bed and bunkbeds, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and bunkbeds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. In the basement area, you have a sleeper sofa. Paved driveway leading to the ramps giving handicapped access to the two entry levels. Sit outside on the porch and enjoy the solitude while watching the wildlife all around. Only a minute's drive to all the amenities Sugar Mountain has to offer, golf, tennis, skiing, ice skating, and tubing. Sleeping for 12 allows you to bring the whole family. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

We had a great time expect it's snowed one night and we had to shovel the whole driveway and put salt on it but we survived lol next timel we need to park at the bottom. Thanks again!

Cozy, but Inconvenient
Property was clean and cozy, but not exactly as described. Basement had bunk beds, one couch and a hospital bed that nobody would sleep on. Driveway was totally frozen. Only access was about 30+, straight-up steps!
