Private 9 unit condominium with the best neighbors we could have (when we are visiting together). Plenty of parking and a shared dumpster on site. Our unit is nestled in the trees but right off of the main road winding through the town of Beech Mountain. Our road has no through traffic and most condos are second homes (not short term rentals) so the condo feels very private and quiet.

Ample, free parking for all visitors. We request up to two vehicles but may accommodate more with permission.
Children under the age of 3 cannot sleep in loft without a closed security gate at top of stairs.

Pets must be registered prior to check in and pet fee paid. If pets aren't on the reservation please reach out so we can add them and request pet fee.

Checkout instructions and time must be followed or additional fees may be applied so we can compensate our cleaners.
