"Visiting family for Xmas and needed more room and comfort for 8. Terrific owner trying to bring big city level service to the province. Food was sadly too often cold and took forever or no longer available but everyone was doing their best. Very safe, secure with a large pool and room options to suit singles, couples and big groups like ours. Belle really looked after us and is on top of the ‘negatives’ so our next stay will no doubt see improvements. She couldn’t do enough for us and the rooms...

"The place was the worst place ive been to in 20 Years. It looked abandoned. No water for hours . A/C didn't cool the villa. No food or drink available even though charged for same. The pool was an algea color green. The grounds nor the beach were sweep. After we got our key the only staff lady left We left the next morning. The property looked abandoned in the morning. "I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"the Nemos Dive Resort was fantastic, the staff and managment went out of their way to ensure every need was met. The food at the restaurant was out of this world. My room was excellent and extremely clean and very modern, at night the management had theme nights at the bar and made sure everyone staying there joined in and had fun. "I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure.
