TERRACED HOUSE for 4 to 6 people

Perched on the’back of the MAS NATURA as a « nest of’bird », this 1st semi-detached cottage in ground garden (67 m2) is intended for 4 to 6 people (5 adults + child). You enter through a private entrance and a balcony with panoramic views of the Aspres Valley and the Alberes Massif, with the sea on the horizon. Inside, beautiful bright spaces mix the modern vintage spirit’ and the charm of wood with an entrance giving, on the right, on a large living room dining room and sofa bed and, on the left, a new kitchen, modern and fully equipped, then a shower room with the’italian and an independent WC next to 2 beautiful bedrooms that directly overlook a large private and sheltered terrace in the quiet and the’back of the large garden, close to the common salt pool (without chemical chlorine) and fenced (open from May to October). Just below, there is free access to a common gym and full of indoor games (with table football, bike, rowing machine, darts, etc.) and outdoor (tennis table, large trampoline, badminton.).

Ecological cottage with rainwater recuperators, composts, solar panels for self-consumption during the day and reversible air conditioning, salt pool (water reserve in case of fire :, gas plancha rather than barbecue), rental towels and bed linen in organic cotton, green cleaning products provided, zero pesticides, plastic and recycled waste, etc.

Do not make parties or other events (sound and speakers prohibited) even in the garden and around the pool for the respect of the neighborhood and the environment. Outdoor smoking areas only on balconies and terraces with mandatory ashtrays. Pets allowed (2 maimum) except around the pool and under supervision as for young children never leave alone either in or outside the accommodation.

Included with the rental: charges (heating, water, electricity, taxes and taxes), WIFI and ample parking, bed equipment (cushions, duvets, blankets.) but not bed linen to provide (as towels for pool and beach), table linen (tablecloths, towels) and kitchen (towels, sponge, household products). The bed linen and towels must be brought or rented if necessary and prior request on arrival with the cleaning fee of 50€ and the deposit of 500€ in cash (returned on departure).

Finally, know that for reservations by the week or more it is often possible to modulate your time and day of arrival and departure on request 24 hours before (for example arrival on Sunday and leave on Friday.). However, the prices are fixed and no presentations or cancellations of last minutes will not be refunded (except in cases of force majeure).
