"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"My son and I only stayed one night in 2 twin beds room. Room was clean.We both slept well. The hot showers and beds are comfortable. When we were waiting for the uber next day 6:00AM, it was faster for the hotel staff to call the taxi for us (3 minutes wait. Way faster than the uber). "This property uses very old, torn towels bedding, with holes and tears and cuts in them. Has no place to hang clothes oe towels in the bathroom. Very tight limited place. No shower curtain. No, Do not disturb sign. Provides paper and plastic cups for hot/cold water that are not suitable to use. Small closet that the door can not be opened, as the TV screen is in the way. Property is need of serious renevoation."
