"The good points are; very good patisserie next door plus a good supermarket 2 minutes walk. Location, easy walk to the town centre. Very peaceful and secure location as it is a private gated estate. Bad points; the whole house needs a complete makeover, everything is old and scruffy. Also it requires a deep clean, we deliberately only slept there and stayed out most of the time because it is so dirty. "Nice, clean property with pleasant garden. Owner lives next door and kindly provided us with fresh eggs from his hens! Unfortunately there was no hot tub which had been stated in the advert. When asked about this the owner said he knew nothing about a hot tub. As the hot tub was the main reason for choosing this gite we were extremely disappointed. The next day when we reviewed the advert again there was no mention of a hot tub. Very disappointing and misrepresented. L. Reed "

"This property is in a convenient location with lots of parking and close to anything you need in cambrai. Could be a good base for touring Vimy Ridge and other WW1 war sites. It’s spacious. We were a family of 4 adults and had lots of room. Many stairs in this house so make sure everyone is physically well. Cambrai is a lovely city that maintains its true French heritage. We will be back."

"Het huisje is prima verzorgd, doortrekken van de wc is een zeer luidruchtig gebeuren. Aan beide zijden van de straat staat een verboden toegang voor alle verkeer bord, is niet duidelijk dat je gewoon de straat in mag rijden, verder is parkeren een dingetje maar keurig opgelost, geen idee door wie."
