"It is an average resort. The water quality is not so good. They do not serve bottled water. The pool has a very high level of chlorine. Also, they don't accept cards, and they will take money cash for a lot of stuff, not giving a bill saying that the computer is down. So please insist for a bill everytime. "High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. "The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional. They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver. I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel. The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant.
