Barbate ist ein Ferienort für einheimische Familien, kaum ausländische Touristen. Wir fanden es ganz nett. Das Appartement war einfach und schlicht eingerichtet, aber relativ neu, so dass die Einrichtung erst ein wenig abgewohnt war. Balkon mit seitlichem Blick zum Meer, in der ersten Reihe am Strand. Der Service begrenzt sich auf regelmäßigen Handtuchwechsel und 1x die Woche Bettwäschewechsel. Mehr wurde nicht gemacht, kein Putzen, o.ä. Insofern ist die Bezeichnung Hotel Appartementos nicht angemessen, Ferienwohnung würde es besser beschreiben. Das WLAN war mehrere Tage lang komplett ausgefallen und ansonsten nur sporadisch verfügbar. Wir haben in der Hauptsaison mit 4 Personen 200EUR die Nacht bezahlt. Dar war der Leistung gar nicht angemessen!

Great location but needs improvements

Location was great being right on the beach however we could only see a slither of sea from our room. Room was very clean and kitchen was well equipped except no kettle. Bathroom had no toiletries and not enough toilet paper for our 2 night stay. It was very clean though. No hairdryer either. Room had heating/air con but as it was winter we used heating but couldn’t get temp right as it was too hot regardless of temperature so we were always too hot or too cold. We left heating off overnight and the person that slept on the window side of the bed was freezing all night. There’s no sound proofing and it has a very echoing atrium. That along with noisy youths who are only eating dinner as we were going to bed wasn’t a great combination!

Muy caro para lo que es

El trato recibido es deficiente, falta de amabilidad, zonas comunes muy sucias. El menaje aunque suficiente es austero. Viven de la buena ubicación. La zona de piscina está abandonada no la limpian apenas. Por lo que cobran deberían tener unos apartamentos de lujo y no es así, además de ser desagradables en la recepción. Dos cosas que les pedimos no no hicieron ni caso. No volvere

Bien pero con condiciones

El apartamento en si esta bien distribuido con dos dormitorios, salon y una buena terraza a pie de playa. La piscina es poco mas que una alberca en la azotea. El wifi funciona correctamente y el aire acondicionado tambien. Tambien tienen un servicio de lavanderia gratuito (muy bien) Lo que no me gusta: Solo dos sillas para la terraza cuando en realidad es para cuatro en apartamento, lo mismo que el sofa (de dos plazas) No hay servicio de limpieza, ni cambio de toallas y por supuesto no hacen la habitacion. No hay secador ni productos de baño, tampoco bolsas de basura (solo una en el cubo) y dos rollos de papel higienico. Las camas muy duras (alguna con chichon) y las almohadas tan blandas que parece que no tienes. El parking 10 euros diarios (por alli cuesta trabajo aparcar).

No nos ha gustado la estancia. No volveríamos a ir. Fuimos a descansar una semana y había conciertos en el paseo de la playa hasta la 1 ó 2 de la mañana (el bar que está situado al lado hace conciertos hasta la 1 y luego había un escenario en el paseo con conciertos hasta las 2). El wifi no ha funcionado en toda la semana. Las personas de recepción normal. El precio excesivo para ese apartamento. Lo único positivo es que está al lado de la playa

I can't fault this place on the grounds that it was not at all expensive, the apt was clean, well equipped, had everything we wanted. I wouldn't recommend #104 because on the other side of the street is a local recycling centre which was noisy to say the least at 7am. That said, the location is fantastic and we had a good time.

Buenos apartamentos para unos días de vacaciones.

El personal es muy amable, los apartamentos nuevos con el mobiliario justo, pero muy útil y limpio. Para mi la mejor opción de apartamentos en Barbate. Yo cambiaría las almohadas son un poco incomodas.

Hotel mit Pool und direkter Strandlage

Das Appartement liegt direkt am feinkörnigen Sandstrand - echt praktisch mit Kindern. Am Dach befindet sich ein kleiner Pool - ausreichend um sich zu sonnen und ein zwei längen zu schwimmen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig - wir waren zu viert dort. Appartements bestehen aus 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche und Aufenthaltsraum. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, wir haben den aber nicht wirklich genutzt da wir im untersten Stock waren (dort sind sie kleiner, ab dem 1. Stock ist es besser). Grundsätzlich eine solide Unterkunft ohne viel Schnick schnack. Parkplätze sind rar in Barbate - Supermarkt ist in Fussweite.

Pas d'isolation!!!

L'isolation est une véritable catastrophe!!! On entend tous les bruits de la rue et du hall. Jamais vu ça...Et on était en saison basse. c'est dommage car l'emplacement est très bien et les apparts plutôt bien équipés. Petit bémol sur le ménage. Au final je le déconseille.

No es lo que ofrece

El hotel ofrece una habitación comoda, al parecer se veía con vista al mar pero lo que me encontré al abrir las persianas fué la pared del edificio vecino, al comentarle a la chica de la recepción me informó que la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen la misma vista, solo dos son las que tienen vista al mar y son para dos personas, así que no era posible para nosotros ya que viajábamos con dos menores. Mis hijas al ir a ver la piscina se encontraron que estaba vacía, lo cual me parece muy desagradable. La habitación no la limpian hasta el término de la estancia. Creo es posible encontrar un hotel más económico y con mejor servicio.
