"Nice clean place. Close to everything. Basement apartment can tell have trouble with wetness. Smelled musty when first entered, but once open did not notice again. Had trouble with locking system to get in. Had some difficulty communicating with rental agent to get in. In the end, we were able to get in and had a great stay and able to visit friends and family. "Overall the cleanliness was not good. I was not made aware of the well water. So it was a smelly surprise. The manager was very friendly when I needed help. Unfortunately the animal trap was left on the balcony where I needed to go to smoke. They did tell me the animal was gone though. It looked like a pop exploded in the kitchen.
