"It is a small hotel, with on site parking ( very important to me) and a very good restaurant. The room that I had was a small one but clean. They said there are bigger rooms available. Breakfast is simple, it is not a buffet tipe. To me, the food and wine from the restaurant is what making me comming back. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was a good experience to me, every time I come back with pleasure. "

"An amazing 300 year old chateau renovated by a young Dutch couple and run as a 3 room B and B, sooon to be 4. Sophie the charming hostess runs it with gusto and Arthur the enormous Pyrenean Mountain Dog is on guard although he is likely only to give you a good licking. Our bedroom and bathroom were enormous and well equipped with a comfortable bed,TV, coffe machine, bath and shower and separate toilet. Fantastic breakfast in the morning"

"Charming owners and a wonderful breakfast spread was delivered to our apartment door every morning. Take care with power-shower, drainage v poor and had a tendency to flood bathroom and bedroom. "My friend and I only stayed one night because we were taking a train from Dax the next morning but I wish we had stayed longer! The owners were so so nice, greeted us when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room which was clean and very cozy, and breakfast the next morning was tasty as well, a good classic French breakfast spread with yogurt, compote, breads, cheeses, jams, and coffee of course. The bathroom in our room was also very clean and pretty sizeable with a great shower....

"We just needed somewhere for an overnight stop on our journey by train from Spain to the UK (Eurostar via Paris). The 25 minute walk from and to the station was fine. Found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. Nice location by the river. A bit confusing being called both the Miradour and the Ibis. Not quite sure what's going on there!"
