Wonderful!
We had such a great time staying here. It was in a great location for both sites to visit and places to eat. We were not bothered by the construction, there was noise and some dust but it was ok. The elevator is not working so taking luggage up 4 flights of stairs may be hard for some. Plenty of space for 4 adults.

Great Location & Beautiful Place
Our family loved the place and the location. It's on a nice tree lined street that leads right to the center of everything. In the immediate area there's the Casa Batllo, good shopping and a pastry shop on the street below that was awesome. They're putting the finishing touches on construction, so the elevator wasn't working, but the place itself was immaculate.

Great location!
Beautifully renovated apt w lots of space, clean and comfy beds. We were there on a weekend, building lobby and stairs under renovation. But there was no construction noise- 3rd floor with stairs bc elevator also under Reno. Seemed to have everything one would need. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house, amazing location.
We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona and this house was the perfect fit for our family of 6. It was very nice and comfortable. We really loved everything about it. The only downside was that they are renovating the building and the construction started about 8 in the morning and went on loudly all day. We would stay here again for sure, and most highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect week in Barcelona
Batlló House is a gorgeous property, steps always from the best Barcelona has to offer. We loved our stay. The apartment is exactly what you can see from the photos and more. Situated in the same city block as Casa Batlló (one of Gaudi’s masterpieces), you can see the back of this landmark from the apartment’s balcony. This property is the place to be if you wish to treat yourself (and family) and feel like a million bucks! Great communication with the owner! I have already recommended this property to close friends planning a trip to Barcelona. 5 stars is not enough.

Property is exactly as pictured. Very beautiful. It is in such a convenient area near shops, restaurants, etc. we walked to most places. Communication with host(s) was fine. No issues there. Ideally the construction on elevator would be complete but it wasn’t terrible at all. And no one was working during our stay so it was peaceful. Overall great stay!

Fabulous stay!
The apartment is just great and its location is fabulous! The apartment is open and spacious, with great light and view. We rapidly got used to climbing three floors. Noise from the ongoing renovation was minimal, almost non-existent. I would love to go back!

Incredible apartment in great location
My wife, sister in law and niece all stayed at this apartment for three nights. It is a huge place, and very well decorated. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The building is still under construction, and the elevator was not working yet, which we knew and agreed to before we rented. The place is in a great location, and inside couldn't be nicer. Great experience, and highly recommend.

The apartment itself was great. The problem was that the building was under renovation. The lift was not working and the entrance was a construction area. Overall the host was uncooperative and unwilling to yield on anything.

A real gem in Barcelona
We arrived and felt that we were in a Design magazine home. The apartment is huge with high ceilings and has been totally modernized and has very high end furnishings, art work, and decor. We had many beds and 3 modern bathrooms w/toilets and showers. It is located in the most posh area of Barcelona, Eixample, and countless restaurants, cafes, shopping surround. The highlight was that our floor to ceiling windows and balcony looked at the back of Casa Batllo!!! We were just around the corner from this UNESCO World Heritage site along with Casa Amatlier and Casa Mila! It was fantastic to have our own kitchen for breakfast and coffee at home as well. We highly recommend a stay in this real gem of Barcelona.

Great place, disappointing construction
Loved the apartment. Loved the location. Manu was super nice. Sadly, we would not return because the chaos of the construction (8am until after 5:30 pm) made it less than relaxing for us. The noise, debris, and yelling of the workers was not worth it for us.

Great location
I read the previous reviews that mentioned problems with communication, so I just want to say that communicating with the host was not a problem for me. The host contacted me days before my arrival and was very helpful in allowing me to store my luggage early before check-in time. The location is great- within walking distance to lots of shopping and you can easily find a taxi nearby. It is a great apartment and I would recommend to others.

Pros: •Location •Clean •Nice decorations Cons: •Stairs - 4 flights of stairs - with luggage, it makes it difficult. •Maybe some room darkening shades would be good in the bedrooms since the sheer curtains don’t block out much light. •Maybe a couple of portable fans to have to keep the air circulating would be good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Barcelona.
