Perfect!!

Everything was as listed on VRBO. The property is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Great communication with the property managers, including recommendations for dining and arranging for a cab to the airport on checkout day. The apartment is clean and very comfortable and comes with daily cleaning service. We very much enjoyed our time here in Barcelona.

Had a lovely trip with family. The apartment was very clean and the balcony very nice for outdoor eating. The property manager was always very prompt in responding to any questions and our checkin with Matteo was seamless. Everything about our stay was excellent. Edouard was easy to communicate with and gave us an excellent personal orientation to the apartment and the whole area on our arrival which helped enormously. He helped to understand parking, where we should eat which was the restaurant his business owns - but no obligation to go there (we loved the food!). The apartment was inviting and worked extremely well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The whole district was a great place for our stay

Overall, we like this location, our property manager, Eduard, is very responsive. But there are a few things can be improved: 1. The hot water was running out soon and did not come back for more than one hour on the first night, only the shower in the hallway still having hot water, the other two suites hot water stayed cold for over an hour. 2. There is only glass on the top of the first room, which means no one can stay in the living room if the person sleeps in the first room, the light from the living room is too bright. if there is a curtain or something to block the light from living room, that would help.

The place is exactly how it was described. It was clean and conveniently located for us to walk to various points. My 87 years old mom was with us so we didn’t take any public transportation but there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Matteo and Eduard was great to communicate with before arrival and during the stay. They were very responsive and helpful! We had a great stay in the unit!

Modern Property in an Excellent Location
This property was very clean and modern. We only stayed one night because we were returning to Barcelona the night before our flight and it fit our needs and price. We wish we had stayed at this property on the first half of our trip. The location was closer and more fun than the location we stayed at close to the Arc. Just outside the building is a great area to walk and is a short walk to the most popular attractions. One big plus is there is a parking garage directly outside the front door that has a negotiated daily rate of 14euro for this who drive. Convenience was perfect at this property.

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the apartment. The location is perfect with everything you need close by and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. A short walk to all the main sights. We highly recommend.

Fabulous stay!
I traveled to Barcelona with a group of 6 girls from the US. Eduardo was very accommodating, he gave great recommendations and helped to book an early morning cab on our way home. The property was in a quiet area, we had some difficulty finding nearby bars that were open late (past 12:30) but that was not a problem. Close metro or 20 minute walk from some busier areas. Very comfortable beds, clean apartment and the balcony was great. There was a pretty strict noise restriction, though it was not really an issue. We received a text to keep the noise down 1x while we were playing music at around 10:30, but again not an issue we just turned it off. Overall, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Nice area but.
Communication with the rental service was great. The property honestly seemed like a very basic hotel. It was clean but rather spartan. The kitchen set up is not adequate for any real food prep, and there aren’t any plugs on the island to make coffee or tea. You have to set the maker on a plastic cart to reach the wall plugs. The most disappointing part of our stay was the noise from construction going on right next door, starting at 7:00am on Monday morning. Luckily we arrived on Friday and no construction over the weekend! The area this apartment is very nice and walkable with many restaurants close. The beds are comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. Depending on your needs and the status of the construction it could be a good stay. I would suggest asking about if the construction is finished before booking.

This property was just as pictured and worked out great for our group. There are several cafes and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a local market, supermarket, and the metro. Well located near a couple of Metro stops with easy access to most of what Barcelona has to offer. The wide angel lens photos give the appearance of it being larger. The outside veranda is a huge plus. Good communication with the host.

Really lovely, modern apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and a great socialising area. Good location with most things within walking distance. Only negative was very noisy building work in building next door but that was in the day time when we were mainly out and about anyway.
