Beautiful apartment

The place is exactly how it was described. It was clean and conveniently located for us to walk to various points. My 87 years old mom was with us so we didn’t take any public transportation but there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Matteo and Eduard was great to communicate with before arrival and during the stay. They were very responsive and helpful! We had a great stay in the unit!

This property was just as pictured and worked out great for our group. There are several cafes and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a local market, supermarket, and the metro. Gorgeous Apartment

Good Location
Well located near a couple of Metro stops with easy access to most of what Barcelona has to offer. The wide angel lens photos give the appearance of it being larger. The outside veranda is a huge plus. Good communication with the host.

A very good location to be in Barcelona.
This is a very clean cozy apartment in a residential neighborhood but within walking distance of all the tourist hit lists. There is a super market on the same block and good restaurants are nearby. Very glad to have stayed here rather than in a teeming tourist spot. Would book again.

Great apartment and location!
Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment was great for my wife and I and is in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants filled with locals and not tourists. That was a nice change each evening as the main tourist areas are packed and the change at night allows you to get a feel for the real Barcelona. The owners are on site and very, very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Modern Property in an Excellent Location
This property was very clean and modern. We only stayed one night because we were returning to Barcelona the night before our flight and it fit our needs and price. We wish we had stayed at this property on the first half of our trip. The location was closer and more fun than the location we stayed at close to the Arc. Just outside the building is a great area to walk and is a short walk to the most popular attractions. One big plus is there is a parking garage directly outside the front door that has a negotiated daily rate of 14euro for this who drive. Convenience was perfect at this property.

Lovely apartment, great location
Really lovely, modern apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and a great socialising area. Good location with most things within walking distance. Only negative was very noisy building work in building next door but that was in the day time when we were mainly out and about anyway.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
If you are searching for the best place to stay in Barcelona search no further! Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful!! Andres the owner was very helpful with pointing out the best places to visit and even provided us a cell phone to make international calls FREE of charge! We also added a few more nights to our stay last minute and Andres was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona!!

Feels like you're part of the neighborhood
The En Ville Terraza Apartment is clean and bright with a relaxing terrace and everything we needed. The Sant Antoni area is a perfect location, far enough from the main tourist area to feel local, but convenient enough to walk to all of the sites. It has a wonderful market, grocery store and many restaurants to choose from. There is also a convenient Metro station and airport bus (which we took for our onward flight). Eduard was very helpful and recommended some great restaurants and bakery near by. Thanks Eduard for a wonderful stay!

En Ville - 4 nights
Overall, we like this location, our property manager, Eduard, is very responsive. But there are a few things can be improved: 1. The hot water was running out soon and did not come back for more than one hour on the first night, only the shower in the hallway still having hot water, the other two suites hot water stayed cold for over an hour. 2. There is only glass on the top of the first room, which means no one can stay in the living room if the person sleeps in the first room, the light from the living room is too bright. if there is a curtain or something to block the light from living room, that would help.
