They said I can file a police report however I had a flight back to the USA that didn’t allow time. They stole that bracelet from me. Do not book here.

Perfect location, lovely facilities and staff..the renovations are now complete although rooms are now a bit dark and there are some minor repairs to be done - our glass bathroom door wouldn’t close so reduced the privacy even further. Staff was incredible! Top notch! Always helpful, smiling and going above the norm. Room was perfect, with upgrade to corner. Housekeeping and turndown service daily.
