The property was clean, and the location was incredibly convenient — just 20 minutes from all the sightseeing spots, bus stops, and grocery stores. We stayed for three nights and loved the apartment. We’d definitely book it again and highly recommend it. The host was very communicative, quick to respond to our questions, and even recommended some great restaurants. The only downside was that we landed early and couldn't check in right away, so we had to walk around with our luggage after a long flight. Thankfully, we found a nearby locker to store our bags.

Nice, Clean apartment

Very nice apartment. Clean and reasonably quiet. Check in instructions were very clear. Shower is a little small and decor shows its been well used but we enjoyed our stay. Coffee machine took nespresso pods. Supermarkets and restaurants within 2mins walk

Place was great, communication/service was not.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Location was excellent. It was much more comfortable for our family of 5 than a standard hotel room. Our complaint is with the company that owns the property. I looked on the website to make sure I understood the checkin process. It said to let them know when we will arrive and someone would meet us there, which I did. Unfortunately this information was out-of-date. Now they send an email ahead of time with instructions about how to get in the building and access your room key. We never got the email and ended up standing outside the place for over an hour in the pouring rain with all our luggage. If you choose to book with Home 2 Home and do not receive an email ahead of time, make sure to call and ask. The first night we were there we asked for an additional key as we were only provided one. They promised to deliver one the next day. They came while we were out. They did not simply deliver a key, they re-keyed the lock and left all the new keys INSIDE THE ROOM. So when we got home after a long day of sight-seeing, our key would not open the door and we had no way of accessing the new keys. It took 2 hours for someone to come and let us in.

The property was good, spacious and, although a little removed from the main attractions, access to transportation is convenient. The customer service is good, but beware of needing immediate attention. We had some issues with the apartment key-cards and where lucky that happened during business hours. Other than that overall a good experience.

Started bad. They would not cooperate on adjusting the number in my party. I had to wait till the last day to even know if I would be able to stay. I had worry about the entire thing. Finally they agreed. WOW - Did me such a favor on decreasing my group size to just me. No gratitude and just wasted my time making it impossible for me to cancel. NICE JOB! The place? Needs paint! Overall it's okay.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy limpio y muy cerca de la plaza de España donde hay parada de metro y de bus. El problema vino cuando nada más entrar al alojamiento vimos que no funcionaba la bomba de calor, avisamos al alojamiento y nos dijeron que nos traían unas mantas y un pequeño calefactor y que el técnico pasaría al día siguiente. Las mantas no llegaron y tampoco pasó un técnico al día siguiente. Después de estar todo el día pendientes de que lo arreglarán, a las 10 de la noche nos trajeron 2 mantas finísimas y un calefactor como la palma de mi mano que no calentaba nada. Así que, aunque el apartamento está bien, nuestra estancia ha sido pésima.

Lindo y cómodo departamento. El único problema que tuvimos fue con el baño, durante dos días vinieron a arreglarlo, dejando el piso sucio. Exigen que seas limpio sino te cobran pero los maestros dejaron sucio y no nos hicieron ninguna atención por el desperfecto. Se escucha ruidos de los otros departamentos. Las sillas suenan al moverlas. El resto, bien.

Review

I did a self check-in due to the covid19 situation. I received several emails noticing how to enter the room. It was super easy and fast. They double checked that I entered well in the apartment. During my stay, there were nobody except me in the apartment and because of the night curfew it was very quiet. Also there was a construction in front of the building so suddenly everything become blackout. I was outside the building and couldn't even go inside. I was very worried about it but they respond quickly by 'whatsapp' and notice me about the situation. Hoped that I could have known it in advance however they kept messaging me about the blackout few days more. The room was clean, but the leather of bed headboard was keep falling piece by piece. Except that one thing, the rest was nice enough. Thanks for caring during my stay.

O anfitrião teve cuidado com todos os ítens. Tudo muito limpo e organizado além de camas confortáveis e roupa de cama cheirosa. Facilitou muito nossa estadia . Local muito agradável e ótima localização, perto de vários pontos turísticos e fácil acesso aos demais através de metrô, trem ou ônibus. Ainda fomos recebidos com uma cesta de guloseimas e até adaptador para tomadas, pensou em deixar nossa estadia ainda melhor.

깨끗하고 조용하나 좀 좁아요

깨끗하고 상태는 좋은데 4인 가족이 묵기엔 좀 좁아요. 화장실도 하나라. 비슷한 숙박료인데 다음 묶었던 숙소는 훨씬 넓네요. 슬리퍼 있다고 해서 안챙겼는데 없구요. 평이 좋아서 기대치가 넘 높았나 봅니다.

I liked the modern design and security. It's also walking distance from the former bull ring that is now a mall, the Opera House and the palace. On the down side, management dropped the ball. We advised them 3 times re when we were arriving: 3 days ahead, 2 hours and again at 15 min. But no one was there to let us in. We couldn't even get into the lobby area. Standing outside with suitcases in a new country in a neighborhood that we didn't know was safe was very uncomfortable. The street outside has graffiti and large smelly trash dumpsters...use of double locks make you feel unsure if it is a safe area. Inside the apartment it was a nice modern design but leather furniture was tattered, walls scuffed up, garden full of weeds, refrigerator worked but inside was dripping with condensation. Empty bread bowl with a sign about the bread that wasn't there, fancy coffee maker was there but couldn't use it as there were no special coffee pods for it. There were some potato chips and a bottle of wine on the table. Impression was they were not quite ready for us and had not stocked things. The place looks amazing in the pictures which must have been taken when it was new but the apartment needs some freshening up/ maintenance now. We had a hard time figuring out the shower. Looks like a hot and cold knob but nothing happens when you turn the hot on. Instructions would be helpful. It was ok overall.
