Nice hotel in a great location. But the walls between rooms don’t provide any soundproofing. I could hear every word the people in the next room said and hear which music they were listening to or movie they were watching.

Reception staff helped us map o it t ca a walking tour, providing info on aerobes and restaurants. The young man in the evenings even came out to help us hail a cab! We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

The wainscoting needs to be cleaned desperately. The hotel is beautiful, overall vibe is beautiful. Staff is great. The air conditioning in the rooms definitely needs work barely slept the entire night because the air wouldn’t work efficiently.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Granvia because it is very well situated for attractions and dining options. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast and afternoon tea very good. Very happy with our room and we particularly enjoy relaxing on the roof terrace. Above all the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful.

We have stayed here several times in the past. Love this hotel. Most of the team members are amazing but the young man who takes care of the night reception ( his name is Wladimir) he is rude, unprofessional, patronising and simply the worse possible person to come to for help or any information. He should not be working there and be left unsupervised. He made me feel awful. I did report what happened to the day reception team and hopefully they shared my concerns and disappointment with the management. Wladimir should not be the face of the hotel at all. He should be working behind the scene because he is simply lazy, unpleasant and enjoys being unhelpful and utterly sarcastic. For this reason we shall not return

Great place to stay in Barcelona, short walk to passeig de Gràcia metro station, close to shopping. Staff extremely helpful, clean rooms, free coffee on the 1st floor, great lounge and library on the 1st floor. We were travelling as a large group so found the 1st floor area with sofa seating an excellent place with our extended family. Only niggle was pillows had a very high loft and uncomfortable for the neck. Would stay here again.

Great stay at the Granvía boutique hotel! Super walkable to great shopping & restaurants. Room was very small but that is standard for boutiques in the area. Very clean & cute outdoor patio with free coffee! Breakfast also looked great for 15 euro per person.

We had a great stay at this property. We had a bottle of cava and banana bread in our room upon arrival. In addition we had ropes and bathroom sandals. The room was perfectly equipped and location couldnt be better. Walking distance to most of the major attractions and very close to public transportation. The receptionists are really knowledgeable and VERY helpful. I left our passports in the safe after checking out and they went above and beyond to contact us. Fortunately we had just gone for few days to Costa Brava and were going back to Barcelona before leaving. They put tje purse with our passports and even money in their safe and everything was intact when I picked it up. I couldn’t appreciate it enough. Overall, 5 stars!!!! I highly recommend it!

Loved my stay here, it was very nicely decorated and clean nice staff. The room was smaller than I expected but that’s normal in Europe. Free coffee in the mornings and a free cocktail in the evening. I would definitely recommend

We stayed only one night before our cruise. We love our stay . Hotel has great location right in the center of Barcelona near shopping, restaurants and see sights . The room is not big, but very good appointed and has the great bathroom with huge shower . Customer service is great,Christina and Andrey at front desk are very helpful ,polite and treat you as old friends. Hotel provides the breakfast for additional cost and free afternoon tea and Sangria at 6pm

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew it was going to be a great stay! It was our last stop after touring around Spain for 21 days. This was the best accommodation on our whole journey. I won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends & family and it'll be the first one I book when I return to Barcelona. All of the staff I encountered are kind and welcoming. Great breakfast buffet offered. Tea time & welcome drink are nice touches to a wonderful stay.
