It's not really a hotel and theyre not advertising as such. Communication is not the best either. Location is good though and my room was big enough.

Beautiful room, well- equipped kitchen, very clean and well kept. Check in was frustrating and complicated. Easy to miss details left us waiting for an hour at the front door and needing to leave a hundred euro deposit. They do not respond to emails. However.. once we got in: it was great (see above).

Clean , good communication, little loud, Room I was in could use darker curtains since outside the window is the elevator shift & a hallway light. But this was not as bad as it sounds at all.

Lovely room

Loved the room, good locations and clean, wish there was a/c but the weather meant that opening the door to the balcony was a quick fix. Would stay again if ever I needed a simple inexpensive place to stay in Barcelona

Bien situé mais pas très professionnel

Logement plutot bien situé , c’est le principal point positif. Pour le reste, la chambre n’est pas très bien isolée phoniquement des autres. Aspect très peu pratique : il y a 2 salles de bains (incluant les toilettes) pour 4 chambres. Celles-ci sont sur un palier commun aux chambres. Aucun dispositif de reservation en place. Pour la cuisine c’est un peu pareil : c’est une kitchenette commune plutôt bien équipée sauf qu’il manque un espace pour prendre les repas. Il n’y a ni table ni chaise donc obligatoire de manger debout. Les autres occupants n’étaient pas très respectueux : assez bruyants, et la lumière du couloir restait souvent allumée la nuit. Le dernier matin il n’y avait plus de papier toilettes. En résumé la gestion est très légère, ça ne fait pas très professionnel.
