Great hotel in great location in one of the nicest area in Barcelona, right next to the Casa Batllo. We had a room in first floor facing Paseo de Gracia but with a covered balcony and well made balcony door the room was very quiet. Plenty of good restaurants around and are is walkable to most attractions. We did not use the breakfast buffet, rather enjoyed great pastries across the street for light breakfast. Hotel staff are great and willing to help at all times. Overall, the hotel worth it price you pay considering the area and we’ll stay here again when we come back.

If this is a 5 stars hotel , not sure what is the standard in Barcelona , I paid $400 usd per night , I was expecting a better environment. Comfortable bedrooms. Probably this is an Inn level , not even a hotel . If you guys want a super convenient location for sightseeing and food. Probably it’s an option! But once again, don't expect too much from the Room

Staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 basin facilities in the bathroom was great. Excellent transport facilities . What was not good was the lack of a good professional restaurant in the hotel. We felt it did not credit a 5 star status. Not enough information on the various sites in the beautiful city. Adequate for business but not for tourists who were there to spend money. Too many fast foods not enough gourmet places to eat .

Great location for exploring Barcelona Very convenient for walking to the Casa Batllo & Casa Museu Amatiler. The Hop On/Hop Off buses are right outside. Plenty of cafes, restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. A good size room for our 4 day stay, very clean & quiet. Helpful & attentive staff.

The staff is nice but the rooms are small, with absolutely no closet space! Overall my experience was average, and it is due to me contracting food poisoning from their food room service vendor. DO NOT have the tuna tartar!! Because of this, my barcelona trip was severely impacted as I was sick for most of the time! I wouldn't book again in future....

Staff were exceptional. They were polite, helpful and extremely kind when it came to all my questions and requests. The hotel also offers a water refill station which was great considering my trip was during the hottest month of the year. Would definitely come back!

Staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was very clean with great amenities and it's in the best location. The only minor issue is the shower pressure not being stronger but this is very minor. I would stay here again.

The 5 star rating was not to other examples on this European stay, so take that with a grain of salt. Staff however were excellent and with highly recommend a terraced room as was excellent at night! Location was super!
