"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."

"We booked this stay for ONE REASON, it said they had a washer and dryer. We knew we would be doing a lot of activities and we would need to wash our laundry. However, we find out that they have a dryer that is not for our use, we had to climb two flights stairs to hang our clothes on the clothesline. And we only find out when we washed our clothes at 10pm thinking we would be able to wear them that night. Anyways, the property is very nice and spacious. Perfect if you have a rental car."
