"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "
"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."
"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs.

"The only problem we had was little ants in the kitchen from day 1 on till we left. We tried a little bit of everything and nothing seemed to work. We let Emily ( the cleaning person) know also about the ants and she said she would go get some more spray and try and get rid of them. Thanks for the stay!!! "
