Our first stay here. Lovely warm welcome. Beautiful cosy warm room. Loved the instant hot water from tap. Comfortable bed. Teas/tunnocks treats are a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing! Would definately stay here again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But the hotel is under staffed. Long queue at reception and breakfast has limited choice. Parking is not too far but do need some walk. I chose this hotel for its recommended VIP amenities and upgrades but didn’t receive any.

The area is lovely and well kept the log cabin that we stayed in was in need of some TLC and the sofa had definitely seen better days the bed was fine and it had everything in the kitchen that you would need for a short break.
