I've read previous reviews complaining about the final leg to the cabin, and yes it is a dirt/sand road, but what does one expect when staying right next to the river in the Carolinas? "We stayed here to visit our son and his two boys. The house was very clean, spacious and has everything you would need. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac so the boys were able to ride their scooters around without fear of traffic. We didn't use the hot tub, but may on a return visit. It is an added luxury and very private. Hosts are very responsive. Hope to return!"
