"They should not charge for parking or coffee. Parking charge is outrageous!!!! $19 for one night! It’s not Manhattan!!!!! While there is coffee in your room you have to settle for fake creamers- yuck!! Or you have to pay $3 for coffee in the lobby & then there’s only one small size so you would have to walk back down for a second if you wanted more. Hardly “boutique”"

The location was ok, the rooms were tired for sure and everything else about the facility screamed do the minimal required.
