"The house is clean and the outdoor areas are private. It sits in a small yard in the woods on a steep hillside with a creek across the traffic-free road. I'll address some previous review comments and say that they added door locks, though we understand why they didn't before- the place is literally up a mountain with virtually no one around. "Steve the owner came out and had a short visit, adding a personal touch. We've never stayed in a nicer house. Everything we needed was there. I would recommend staying here. The peace and quiet, fireflies, chipmunks, stars at night, time to read and write, were priceless. Did I mention the incredible shower? The soaking tub? And Publix and Aldi close enough!?
