I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. "This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"
