"We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly."

"Ho hum. The hotel turns out to be a different hotel a little way down the street. The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. "

"The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "Amazing cabin by the river, everything we needed and super cosy warm with the wood burner. Instructions about the property were perfect and covered everything we needed, easy to find.
