"When we arranged we found the room was filthy with old food all over the counter, the floor was covered in sand and the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned. I went to the office and told them, so they sent a girl over who had a filthy dirty bucket of water that looked like she was using to clean floors with, and she used the same dirty rag to wipe the toilet down and wipe the kitchen counter off. The fridge and stove were discussing, they looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned, the matress...

"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

"Excellent place to stay, long walk to the beach but you walk through the dunes to get there and they are beautiful. Excellent breakfast everyday. They have a pool and two hot tubs. The rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds. It is a long walk for food options but we had a rental car so it wasn’t a problem, also very close to the Florianópolis airport. I would recommend this hotel highly."
