"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. "The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"The appartment was in excellent condition. The appartment has no elevator but it was only 1 floor to climb! Air conditioning was working with a key, kinda fun and practical way to avoid overuse of the electricity who cost a lot in Italy ;) every amenities were walking distance. "The host was kind and the property was clean but the location wasn't great and aspects of the property were not good. I didn't feel safe, the property wasn't secure and could be easily broken into with doors and windows that opened from outside and no lock. There were also no curtains just thin see through sheets on the window. The location wasn't great. Right next to a main road. Very noisy but also nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and transportation other than driving poor. "

"We had an issue with our flight and arrived a day late. Host was very helpful and understanding and arranged transfers to/from the airport. Her daughter met us for check in and went over local attractions. Apartment is very nice and in the perfect location. Would love to visit again with more time. "This hotel was very nice in a very good value is very close to the airport and 2 miles from the city center. Taxis are required. Please ask them to turn on their meters or confirm the price to your destination before getting in them. Their restaurant La Scala was excellent!! I told them they deserve at least one or two Michelin stars. it is a great value incredible service and excellent food. Overall, this hotel worked great together as a team and you could tell how people are that work here....
